Fell runners don't need much to be happy... hills and some grippy shoes being the main requirements!
But we also need lots of kit, good food and drink, places to meet up with friends, mentoring and coaching, and occasionally massage and physio. And our races need some specialist services like timing experts and equipment, and photographers.
This page lists some of the suppliers of these things that we know and trust in the local Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains area. Many of these are run by club members, so we like to support each other.
Element offer beginners' courses in fell running and mountain. Visit their website, and we try to list their events on our Calendar too. Element is led by Ruth Pickvance, Mynydd Du member and national fell running champion.
