Sasha and Crispin sent apologies
Emma read out Sasha’s thanks, via e mail, to various club members for their roles and support during the year.
In 2013 the club had 54 paid up members; so far in 2014 we have 38. It was agreed that subs will stay at £7.50 and that the club will continue to affiliate with WA.
Emma explained the Sport Wales funding, £700, how it was obtained and what it will be used for LiRF, LiFR, Sports First aid course, first aid kit. Emma/club sec agreed to keep the club up to date with the qualifications achieved and the future opportunities for other club members.
Naomi discussed the club funds summing up that the club had approx. £1000 in the bank (Emma has approx. £400 to pay in still)
It was agreed by all present that MD would pay for the web hosting fee for the club website out of club funds £30 a year.
Kit sec report
Ray is trying to run down the old and varied stock that we have left and will then revert to ordering all kit from wasp, our original supplier. Everyone agreed to this.
Ray is also ordering buffs for the club and will look into thermal tops and other kit items. Ray asked if it would be possible to do an on line order form. Ray and Crispin to discuss.

John Derby, not present is worried about all the new H + S regulations which are coming out. It was agreed that all race organisers would meet/ e mail and discuss this issue. Mark suggested a race pack- first aid kit, survival blanket etc.
Crispin not present put the idea forward of a race championship (as the website states) agreed that Emma and Rich would look into this and feedback to committee for approval.
New races for the club Cribyn and Llyn y fan
Andrew Johnson asked if there was any way we could or if we wanted to raise the profile of the club. Advertising, race promotion etc. Local press coverage, e mail other clubs. Jan to help with this issue.
